Speak it....

Saints, it has been too long since my first post! I have now committed to posting at least once per week and am taking the necessary steps to make sure that happens; beginning with "speaking" that activity into existence.

The Word says that “death and life are in the power of the tongue…”(Proverbs 18:21). This week, use your tongue to speak healing, encouragement, victory, increase and POWER. Stop speaking defeat, pain, lack and sickness into your life. I encourage you to learn a new language! Eliminate self defeating phrases like “I can’t”, “I’ll never”, and “I don’t know how…” Change your thinking! A body builder bench presses extremely heavy weight to increase muscle mass. The process isn’t easy and a spotter is necessary to ensure the body builder’s safety once their arms become too tired to lift any longer. However, there is a goal that they have spoken into existence; the heavier the weight, the bigger the muscle = increased strength.  The trials we face in life can be likened to these weights; they come to build us up, to make us better than we were before. Whosoevers, keep pressing and fix your eyes on the end result. Speak greatness into existence and allow God to be your “spotter” so that you do not buckle under the weight.

Until next week, be blessed!

  1. Praise the Lord Sue! What a powerful POST! I am encouraged to know that I have a SPOTTER that can handle the weight for me when it becomes TOO much. I learned in weight lifting that the last 3 reps of an exercise are the hardest reps...BUT if you can managage to get them up, without a spotter, you are stronger for the next weight! (That is when the muscle is added). The little battles make us stronger for the bigger battltes!!! I love you...KEEP Spreading the WORD Evangelist!!!!
